Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Pre-orders
At Potato TCG, we’re pleased to offer pre-orders on upcoming products, giving you early access to secure highly anticipated items. Please review our pre-order terms below.
Pre-Order Payment
- Full payment is required at checkout to reserve your pre-order item.
Estimated Release Dates
- Release dates are estimated by the manufacturer and may change. We will update our customers on any shifts, but specific shipping dates cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping for Pre-Orders
- Once the pre-ordered item arrives, please allow 2 business days for handling. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped together or separately, depending on availability and your preference.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Pre-orders may be canceled up until the item is released. However, Potato TCG reserves the right to cancel pre-orders due to distributor allocation issues or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded in full.
Returns for Pre-Orders
- Our standard return policy applies to pre-orders, though all trading card and blind box pre-orders are final sale and non-returnable.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
