Pre-Order items will NOT ship until on or before the official release date.Pre-Order release dates are always subjected to change without notice. If you include Pre-Order items in your order, the entire order will be held until all pre-orders become available. If you would like to receive each pre-order item at its release / arrival, please place separate orders for each item. Pre-orders are NON refundable or will be subject to a 5% surcharge fee for payment processing fees.

At Potato TCG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns

We accept returns for regular, unused products within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and unused.
All sales on trading cards and blind boxes are final and are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Trading cards, blind boxes, and any opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
